MTS Lab is a registered business name of Veritas Calibration Lab Limited in Zambia. Veritas Calibration Lab Limited is the company responsible for this website and its enquiry handling.
What we collect
If you submit the request-a-quote form, we collect your name, email address, organisation, optional telephone number, optional sector, service type, country or service location, the instrument or equipment, quantity, location, preferred service location (Lusaka laboratory or client premises), and any message you provide. If you telephone, WhatsApp, or email us, we collect the information you send.
This website does not operate user accounts, does not provide a client portal, and does not collect payment-card details.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, to prepare a quotation, to schedule work, and to keep records of the laboratory’s correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for marketing.
Who processes it
The website form is delivered through FormSubmit to [email protected]. That provider processes the submission in order to send it to us. You may instead email [email protected] directly.
Cloudflare hosts this static website. The request-a-quote page embeds a Google Maps map of the Lusaka office; Google receives whatever information the embed requires to display the map. Links to WhatsApp and to the regional MTS Lab website take you to those services, which have their own privacy notices.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics. The Google Maps embed on the quotation page may set cookies or similar storage according to Google’s own practices. If our use of cookies changes, this notice will be updated.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to quote, to perform work, and to meet the laboratory’s record-keeping duties. Once calibration work is performed, the related records are controlled as technical records of the laboratory.

To ask what information we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a laboratory record, write to [email protected].
