What we collect
If you submit the request-a-quote form, we collect your name, email address, organisation, sector, the instrument or parameter to be calibrated, quantity, location, preferred service (on-site or in-laboratory), and any message you provide. If you telephone, WhatsApp, or email us, we collect the information you send.
This website does not operate user accounts and does not collect payment-card details.
How we use it
We use enquiry information only to respond to you, to prepare a quotation, to schedule work, and to keep records of the laboratory’s correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for marketing.
Who processes it
The website form is delivered through FormSubmit to [email protected]. That provider processes the submission in order to send it to us. You may instead email [email protected] directly.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics. If that changes, this notice will be updated.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to quote, to perform work, and to meet the laboratory’s record-keeping duties. Once calibration work is performed, the related records are controlled as technical records of the laboratory.

To ask what information we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a laboratory record, write to [email protected].
