Terms of Use

These terms apply to the public website of Veritas Calibration Lab Limited. They do not replace a quotation or a written service agreement.

The laboratory

This site is published by Veritas Calibration Lab Limited, Company Registration No. 120261052313, registered office La Belva Court, 417 Chindo Road, Kabulonga, Lusaka, Zambia. The legal name is singular “Lab”.

Acceptable use

You may use this website to learn about our services and to send an enquiry. You must not misuse the site: do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it, submit automated spam, or send unlawful or misleading content through the enquiry form.

No shop, no contract on submit

This is an information and enquiry site. It is not a shop. Nothing on it is an offer to sell equipment. Submitting the form is an enquiry, not a contract. Quotations and laboratory services are governed by a separate written agreement.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change or withdraw pages without notice.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this website are owned by Veritas Calibration Lab Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Accreditation status

Veritas Calibration Lab Limited is pursuing SADCAS accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025. Accreditation is in progress. Nothing on this website should be read as a claim that Veritas is accredited, certified, or approved to ISO/IEC 17025, or as a right to use the SADCAS accreditation symbol or ILAC/MRA marks.

Technical scope

Scopes on this site are described qualitatively — the kinds of instruments and work we take on. This website does not publish measurement ranges, calibration and measurement capability (CMC) figures, or turnaround times. A quotation is the document that states the work to be performed.

Third-party sites

Links to OpenStreetMap, WhatsApp, or other sites are provided for convenience. Their terms apply once you leave this site. A reference to MTS Lab or the MTS Labs network is a statement of relationship, not a grant of their rights or their accredited status to Veritas.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. The courts of Zambia have jurisdiction. Last updated: 24 August 2026.
